  • Drinking water helps to keep you hydrated. You may experience fatigue and headaches when dehydrated.

  • Water is essential to the transportation of nutrients and oxygen to cells. Water is crucial for carrying nutrients and oxygen to cells in your body.

  • Water helps to keep your joints lubricated, which can help to prevent pain and stiffness.

Health experts consider water to be beneficial. However, there are some people who may need to limit their water intake, such as people with heart failure or kidney disease. If you have any concerns about your water intake, be sure to talk to your doctor. There are several factors that determine the amount of water you should drink each day, including your age, activity level, and climate. However, most adults should aim to drink about 8 glasses of water per day. Water can also be obtained from sources such as fruits, vegetables, and soups. If you’re not sure how much water you need to drink, drink when you feel thirsty. If you felt thirsty often, it’s a sign that you’re not drinking enough water. Tips for staying hydrated:

  • Drink water throughout the day. Don’t wait until you’re thirsty to drink water.

  • Carry a water bottle with you. This will make it easy to stay hydrated throughout the day.

  • Eat fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are an excellent source of water.

  • Avoid sugary drinks. Sugary drinks can dehydrate you, so it’s best to avoid them.
